Ancaster Village Non-Profit Homes Project

Project:

This project involved the construction of a non-profit townhouse complex at Old Mohawk Rd. in Ancaster, Ontario. The complex includes 79 housing units, a community centre with children’s play area, a storm water retention pond, and 1100 lin. ft. highway sound barrier walls on a 6.5-acre site. The project also involved construction of 10 separate buildings with a variety of two and three bedroom units for a total of 86,000 sq. ft. Value: $6,400,000.00.
