Project: This 79,139 square foot, 128 bed long term care facility was designed by Eric Smith, of R. Eric Smith Architect and privately owned by Jarlette Ltd., an Orangeville based long term care facility company. The project was completed in mid 2002 and constructed amid a park like setting in suburban Waterdown. The building has an interior courtyard, greenhouse facility and a meandering paved walkway surrounding it. This project originally was a single story, 64 bed project.
