Project: This 24,000 square foot addition to an existing long term care facility was designed by Jerry Heeringa, of G.L. Heeringa Architect and Engineer. It is currently under construction and scheduled for completion in Spring, 2003. This is a vertical addition, adding a third story to an existing two story building. This project had required a tremendous amount of co-ordination both by the GS Wark and the subtrades in order to keep the existing facility fully operational and safe during the construction. The design of the addition is very unique in that it utilizes every square foot of the new floor space. Architect: G.L.
