This project was a 55,000 square foot manufacturing facility, completed in 2001. 10,000 square feet of the building was office space. Unique to the facility is the monorail system installed for the Owner’s manufacturing system. The project was complemented with an attractive landscaping package and extensive parking facilities for the Owner and his employees and customers.
