Project: This project was a 34,000 square foot distribution centre designed by Gary Zebroski, of Zebroski Associates Ltd. Architect. The building was pre-engineered building with 6,000 square feet of offices. The building functions as the regional distribution centre for Hostess Frito Lay. The windows of the building had a distinctive blue tint, applied to prevent excess heat loss. The building was designed specifically to accommodate future expansion by way of an addition which would not interfere with the aesthetic lines of the project. Architect: Zebroski Associates Ltd.
