Project: GS Wark provided a turnkey construction of a new sales and service facility for the Owner of a number of successful automobile dealerships. Volvo of Oakville is an 18,400 square foot facility with 142 parking spaces on a 2 acre site. The dealership contains drive through customer service, 8 service bays, a wash bay, parts deparment, a 6 car showroom, customer lounge, and a sales and administrative area.
